At FEIYIKA STORE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand firmly behind the quality of our AI smart eyewear and electronics. Below is our comprehensive return, refund, and hardware warranty policy.

1. 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, your smart glasses must be in original condition, unused, with all accessories (charging cable, case, manual) and original packaging intact.

2. 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty
All FEIYIKA AI Smart Glasses come with a 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty against defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship under normal consumer use. If your glasses experience a hardware malfunction (e.g., camera sensor issues, battery charging failure, touch controls, audio speaker failure) within 365 days of receipt, we will repair or replace your unit free of charge. (Note: Warranty does not cover accidental damage, drops, water submersion, or unauthorized modifications).

3. How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim
Please email our official support team at feiyika@outlook.com with your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and photos/short video demonstrating any defect. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and an authorized return address.

4. Damaged or Defective on Arrival
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your glasses arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at feiyika@outlook.com. We will provide a prepaid replacement or immediate full refund.

5. European Union 14-Day Statutory Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their purchase within 14 days for any reason, provided items remain in original, unworn condition with all packaging.

6. Refund Processing
Once your returned package is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are credited directly to your original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card) within 5 to 10 business days.
